Lauren
Grodstein received her BA and MFA
from Columbia University. She is the author of
the short story collection The Best of Animals (Persea, 2002) and the novel Reproduction Is The
Flaw Of Love (Dial, 2004), which was published
in the U.S., Germany, Italy, Great Britain, France,
and Turkey. She published Girls Dinner Club, a
young adult novel, with Harper Collins in 2005,
under the pseudonym Jessie Elliot.
