Unveiling the Tile Mural
@ Dudley Grange Park

On September 15, 2009 youth from the Camden STARR program unveiled a tile mural they completed in partnership with the Community Arts Program of the Rutgers-Camden Center for the Arts and artist Zola Bryen. Students from the STARR program worked over three summers on the Rutgers Camden campus beginning in July 2005 and created over 1000 tiles. The mural is located on a PSE&G building on 32nd and Federal Streets adjacent to Dudley Grange Park in Camden, NJ.

The mural was made possible by generous support from: Camden Empowerment Zone Corporation, Campbell Soup Foundation, The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, Elite Restoration, John and Margaret Hart, Jaws Foundation, John S. and James L Knight Foundation, Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation, New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment of the Arts, Philadelphia Foundation, Rutgers University - Camden and Bill and Monica Tucker.
