All Rutgers Future Scholars participants will:

• Participate in residential and non-residential summer programs.
  
  
• Have access to personal high school coursework guides.
  
  
• Participate in academic and career preparation workshops.
  
  
• Experience various activities designed to stimulate their intellectual interest.
  
  
• Benefit from support including summer and academic year programs on Rutgers University campuses in New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden.
  
  

To remain in good standing, Rutgers Future Scholars participants must:

• Maintain a minimum school attendance rate of 90% and at least B or better in core academic subjects.

• Participate in Rutgers Future Scholars Programs throughout the summer and academic year.

• Pursue a college preparatory course of study throughout high school.

• Meet the requirements for admission to Rutgers University upon graduation from high school.
